Privacy and terms : This Privacy Terms applies to the online services provided on https://inr.cybercubelabs.com (the "Site") for users having opened an account with Cybercube (the “Privacy Terms”).
The Privacy Terms explains what type of Personal Data we collect, the purpose for which we collect it, the legal basis for doing so and how we process the Personal Data.
What does this Privacy Terms cover?
This Privacy Terms explains how we are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your Personal Data in an open and transparent manner.

We collect and process Personal Data for our business and for our ventures. When we collect Personal Data for our ventures, we are considered as Processor:
What Personal Data do we collect?
The Personal Data that we might collect when you use our Site, or you create an account:

The Personal Data that we might collect for the purpose of due diligence/KYC for our ventures after your registration:
- First name
- Middle name
- Last name
- Birth Date
- Nationality
- Country of residence
- National identification number
- Digital photo
- Professional occupation

How we process the Personal Data?
Use of Personal Data collected via our Site is only for specific and limited purposes. We use your Personal Data collected via our Site:
- to manage and improve our Site;
- to tailor the content of our Site to provide you with a more personalized experience and draw your attention to information regarding services that may be of interest to you;
- to manage and respond to any request you submit through our Site; and for other activities that form part of the operation of our business.
In addition to the purposes connected to the operation of our Site above, we may use your personal information for the purposes of, or in connection with:
- applicable legal or regulatory requirements;

PLEASE NOTE: The Personal Data collected during the risk identification procedure is processed only for the purpose of identity verification, to assist the ventures with the due diligence procedure and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations applicable to the ventures. This Personal Data is only shared with the respective venture and the risk identification platform providers. No other third parties will have access or will process the Personal Data provided during the risk identification process.
The legal grounds we use for processing Personal Data:
We are required by law to set out in this Privacy Terms the legal grounds on which we rely in order to process your Personal Data.
We use your Personal Data for the purposes outlined above because of: (a) our legitimate interests in the effective delivery of our Site; (b) our legitimate interests in the effective and lawful operation of our and the ventures business so long as such interests are not outweighed by your interests; (c) the legal and regulatory obligations that we are subject to, such as keeping records for tax purposes or providing information to a public body or law enforcement agency; and when stated above (e) upon your explicit consent.
To the extent that we process any sensitive Personal Data relating to you for any of the purposes outlined above, we will do so because either: (i) you have given us your explicit consent to process that data; (ii) the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or (iii) you have made the data manifestly public.

Our legitimate interest is to improve our services and develop new functionalities. We have undertaken appropriate measures to ensure that we place clear limitations and only the information necessary is used.
To improve our services provided on our Site:
- We use your Personal Data to contact you and ensure that you receive the necessary customer support. This may include registering any communication with you, to resolve any further queries you might have. Please note that emails are not encrypted, and you should always be aware of the information you provide.
We also have a legitimate interest to promote our business, including marketing, advertising and PR campaigns and the Personal Data you provide will help us to conduct analysis of the user profiles, to identify potential users of our Site and the effectiveness of the advertising strategy used.
To promote our business, we have the legitimate interest to contact you and inform you about new ventures coming to our platform and future possibilities, that may be of interest to you, including news from the listed ventures, publications related to the recent developments in the industry and/or any promotional services that might be offered by our partners. We will also contact you in case of any changes or updates in your account.
The processing of your Persona Data during the risk identification procedure is vital for the operation of our business and providing the services to the ventures that are engaged on our platform. Without the risk identification process in place we cannot provide to you the full set of services on our Site. The legitimate interest is for us is to be able to provide you the ability to connect with different ventures on our platform, as long as your rights are not outweighed by our legitimate interest.
Under consent:
Where we are legally required to obtain your explicit consent to provide you with certain marketing materials, we will only provide you with such marketing materials where we have obtained such consent from you. If you no longer wish to continue receiving any marketing materials from us, you can click on the unsubscribe function in the communication or e-mail.
The placement of certain types of cookies on our Site is also based on your consent. As stated in the Cookie banner, actively clicking on any page or link on our Site will automatically activate the placement of cookies on your browser and you have given your consent to it. To carry out our contractual obligations
We are bound by our contracts with our ventures and service providers, to provide them with any necessary information for the execution of the services agreed upon. This includes assessing the suitability and credibility of the users on our Site for the services we provide to the ventures on our platform.
If you successfully participate in the fundraising of one of our ventures, your Personal Data will be shared with the respective venture, in order to conduct their due diligence process, to ensure that they comply with the legal and regulatory requirements for their activity and also their obligations towards the users.
To whom we disclose your Personal Data:
In connection with one or more of the purposes outlined in the “How we process the Personal Data” section above, we may disclose details about you to:
- ventures that are listed on our platform and with whom the user wishes to engage;
- third parties that provide services to us (our service providers/Processors); competent authorities and other third parties that reasonably require access to personal information relating to you for one or more of the purposes outlined in the “How do we process Personal Data?” section above.

We use a range of physical, electronic and managerial measures to ensure that we keep your Personal Data secure, accurate and up to date. These measures include:
- education and training to relevant staff to ensure they are aware of our privacy obligations when handling personal information;
